I hadn't been here in a long time, but not much has changed since then. The cover when I got there was $10, but it goes up to $15 later in the evening. There are 5 stages, three medium size "normal" stages, one large round low-to-the-floor stage, and one small rectangular low-to-the-floor stage.
There's one medium size bar in the back. There's no alcohol here, but they had a surprising variety of non-alcoholic beers. The one I had was $6, which was a nice surprise as I remembered being charged $8 for a small bottle of water way back when (though maybe I got a happy hour price this time).
I arrived a little before 7 and didn't know what the quality of the dancers would be, but I was quite impressed. No knockouts, but most were about a 7 in my book. Most of the girls were really friendly, though I did have one girl on stage who expected to be tipped a couple times per minute!
