As a former dancer here...

I worked here back in 2002 and because I see reviews "complaining" about things we weren't allowed to do, I thought I'd hopefully clear up some things. No poles - yes, that's correct, the owner doesn't want them in there and wants to keep it classy. Hence, no floorwork, and when you accept a tip while on stage, we were trained to turn sideways and take the tip, put it in the garter, not face the customer and spread eagle, showing everything. Cheetah is more of a gentleman's club, not a touchy, get action in the VIP room type club.

Those looking for that should check out Flashers or Follies. "Classy but nude" is the theme here. A tip of $5 is required on stage for removal of the top, and another $5 for removal of the dancer's bottoms. Show more love - $$$ - to your dancers and you'll have a better time. Yes, it is an expensive club. Don't expect a bucket of beer special or a Happy Hour buffet. The food is good and you'll pay for the highly trained excellent chef on staff. More recent reviews describe the DJs as bad. They were made to rotate (when I worked there) through a rock set, hip hop set, dance set and 1 more music type I forget, which explains the type of music that switches.

At least this is how it was 15 years ago. This is still a fun club for me to visit, if I pass through the Atlanta area. Still classy as always and hires hot girls. There was an audition in front of a female manager and you probably had to be at least an "8" to get hired, looks like this is still the case. Stop comparing this club to other clubs, bring your wallet and have a good time looking at the beautiful eye candy!! Always nice to see "walk out" - all the girls in evening gowns, coming down the stairs, similar to a pageant, followed by a 2 for 1 dance, used to be at 8 p.m.
