Monday night

So, the good news is they still have their $10 dances on Mondays. The bad news is there is no one there to do dances with. Almost literally. I was there between 11 and midnight one Monday. During that time they must have played two or three songs when no one was on stage. Even then, during that one hour, one dancer had to go on stage twice, and this even though dancers were doing two song sets. So, those facts alone should suggest they did not have an abundance of dancers this evening.

In reflecting upon the night, I think I saw six dancers. As always, the one hot one made only a brief appearance on the floor. She came out of the dance area, went up to the bar, and then bailed out back. With no sign of her during the next half hour, I concluded that she slipped out that very annoying back door that prevents you from knowing who is and who is not there.

The rest of the dancers were nothing to write home about. Two whites, three African American.
