Euro/Russian dancers now and money doesn't go far

Visited on a weekday early afternoon. Same old divey place with the private room off to the side and the sortof lounge area upstairs. Upstairs will take about 20 clients and is $400+ (on the low end), and there's cameras. The downstairs room doesn't have cameras but you'll be out $1,500 to just get in there. Used to be a nice mix of Latin/Spanish girls who were horny and willing to let you suck on breasts and let fingers wander here and there even though they're working, they'd get into it a bit. Now the Russians/Euros always seem to be in pairs.

Best seat is up front by the stage, out of sight of the bouncer at the door. A tall blonde russian came up and offered a LD and I obliged, got a little loose with money thanks for some excessive and expensive ($11/beer) at the 2 bars...girls must have noticed because a second one comes up and I got a few double lapdances. I wanted to see how far my money could go so took the hotter one with the bolted on implants, nice and firm on her slender body and between her broken english she tried to get me upstairs. Seemed the only place she was willing to do much more than a simple LD grind over the pants. I didn't oblige, since the $600 quoted....negotiated down to $400..still was too steep. You used to be able to get some decent takeout here, but seems like the dancers are 90% russian/euro and push hard for the upsell. Reminds me a lot of Flashdancers (used to be same owner, don't think so anymore though). The drinks are still expensive and the place is still dark, dirty and somewhat smelly. It is close to work, and I'm tempted to return in the later evening hours and see if any girls are more open at the end of their shifts, since the limited touching seemed partially thanks to management and partially due to the work crowd offering plenty of quick LD/upstairs opportunities to hold the girls over until they were more desperate for cash.
