A double Folly(ies)
This covers two trips on the same Sunday - one shortly after opening, and one ~8:30p. The daytime was good. $5 entry and $5 parking (although was asked if I wanted $10 upfront parking and I keep the key - Hmm.. less service/more money. I kept the extra $5 and let them park it wherever). Club was about half full with a mix of dancers ranging from 4-7. I got LDs at a highchair near the corner exit door from two AAs and two Cubans. All were handsy with full roaming. The last dancer (and second Cuban) got a pretty good rub going and I guess I have a hair trigger. She was cool and enjoyed my enthusiasm.
So, daytime wasn't bad, but not what it once was in terms of dancer quality and vibe (nighttime is definitely creeping into day). I didn't intend to visit again in the same day, but wanted to hit up Tattletales. I forgot though, that Fulton County clubs are closed on Sundays... :-( So I went back to Follies. Wow, what a difference a few hours make. $20 to park this time (Ouch!) and $10 entry that included a camouflaged commando frisk. Inside was thuggy pandemonium. All the chairs were gone and it was hard to breath from all the smoke. Finally, a dude invited me to sit on a highchair on the front of his table - one that a dancer would normally use to balance herself as she danced. I thought that was nice of him, even though I was hanging out in the aisle.
I only got two dancers this time - both AAs. The first dropped her top the first dance and her bottom the second song. She danced three okay dances with some light stick shifting. She asked for a drink which I bought, and then I tipped her $10 - giving her $40 for three dances. She acted pissy and said she thought I'd be "more tippy" than that. I thought I was being rather generous considering she's sucking down my drink after after only giving average LDs. I said I tipped enough and she stalked off.
