Stopped in on a Friday afternoon....

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon. Since I get everywhere via foot (and this is a LONG way from me) and this is in a neighbourhood with more than a few indigent persons I was on a time limit. On the entrance door it says U.S. ID required to enter. I thought that was odd. Upon walking in there is a bar to the left and a long stage on the right that takes up more than half the room (the walkway does). The place was pretty crowded with some of the seediest regulars I have ever seen. There were four girls whom I could detect were working. The music is a sort of slower R&B type (which is a plus) and my bottled water set me back $4.00 w/tip. There are some semi circular booths that run behind the seats at the stage which is also quite a nice touch. The girls were very friendly with various customers and there was no pressure at all exhibited by anyone. Of course with juss 4 girls (maybe there were a few more) it was a sellers market. I saw two gals on stage, who went unannounced. These were people you'd see on the street or in a supermarket. In the 3 and 4 range. They were presentable, espesh the one in a blue bikini who was prolly the most full-figured gal I have ever seen get on stage. She had a nice routine and was tipped well by about six people. There is a curtain in the back which leads to the area where more private dances are given. I only saw one couple try it out. At night on weekends I can see how this place may get a bit on the wild side and it was alot cleaner from the last time I had visited about six years ago.
