After being disappointed at Tootsies, I made the drive up to Scarlett's for the first time. While it was a bit difficult to find at first (it's tucked off in a strip mall where the entrance is not so obvious), once there I had a great time - my experience was what I remembered from the old Tootsies and it is now my first choice for Miami club.

Scarlett's is not perfect. As noted by others, the music is extremely loud and can be annoying. Also the quality of women can be variable. My first night there were only 1 or 2 that got me interested. However the second night, there were so many lookers that I wasted the first 60 minutes trying to narrow down my choices. One thing that was constant was the beauty of the waitresses and bartenders - as a whole, they were unbelievably good-looking and I was wishing some would dance as well.

Besides the above quibbles, the club is great. Every hour they do a parade of the women so you can see everyone who's working, see who might interest you and best of all get 2 dances for $30 versus the normal $25 for one. The private dances are in fairly secluded rooms in the back (similar to what the old Tootsies had in back) and the dances are high contact and very satisfying. 2-way contact is encouraged and some even let you touch what is usually the forbidden zone.
