Confused on how the girls work here

I've been to this club a few times, and every time I walk in there are the same 3 or 4 girls sitting at the bar in normal cloths. I'm guessing there workers but they usually leave as soon as I get there. Roughly 930 10 is when this happens. Now normally this wouldn't be a problem but these 3 or 4 girls are the hottest ones there. They key saying we'll be back in a bit when they left, we'll an hour later and they never got back. The girls don't seem very motivated to work here in my opinion, as they rather talk to the bartender or each other. Like I said, if anyone would know these girls I'm talking about and if they actually do work there let me know, they where easily 10s for the Akron scene.
