Would be better if they showed Lakers games.

Unlike the other strip clubs in the City of Industry, Satin sells alcohol and is therefore topless only. It also has a more upscale, well-lit decor. It's really not sure whether it wants to be a sports bar or a Spearmint Rhino experience. It mostly fails at both. The dancers are pretty friendly, though, and will have a drink and a long chat with you at the bar if that's what you're into.

I chatted up a thinner light-skinned, almost white Latina dancer who showed me pictures of her sister (also a stripper, surprise, surprise). Sadly, I was hoping to catch the Lakers game, as I had seen people watching a Dodgers playoff game before, but they don't have Lakers games on their cable subscription so that was a waste. My dancer was doing her thing on the pole so I figured maybe I'll get a dance. The worst thing about the place is the lap dance area. It's not so private and you need to checkin with a grumpy looking dude who feels like your chaperone. Sort of kills the mood.

Prices are on the expensive side too. Apparently, there's a semi-private curtained VIP area for something like $150 for around 20 or 25 minutes (can't remember now), but it didn't seem like a good value given the particular girl and the overall set up. Basically, this is a place you should go to in the afternoon for a couple of drinks before heading over to Bliss or Paradise. I definitely wouldn't spend any real money here.
