Is this place going down hill?

Used to be one of my go to spots and I loved it. Great getting a bird handshake when you walked in. Are they under new management or did something happen because when I came in the vibe was completly different.

Decent looking girls and the drink hustle is was as bad as ever but nothing extra going on here. Lights were on higher then i was used to. I will have to come back next time I am in town and see if it was just an off day or is this the end of a legend.
