Oasis
Atmosphere: With the sports bar decor and relatively friendly bar staff, the place has a bit of a "Cheer's" feel to it. Aside, of course, from the wall to wall portraits of naked women and 40-60 naked girls that were giving table dances to the 100+ customers that patronized the club. The club, while so packed to the brim that some patrons were left standing around looking for open tables, is actually pretty spacious, clean, and has high ceilings, allowing for some ventilation and rendering it far less smoky than some of the other clubs I've frequented in Atlanta.
Although two weird things stood out to me about the club. One was that the place was as brightly lit as any local grocery you'd frequent. Another was that it was styled as a "Burlesque" spot with 2 nightly burlesque shows from former dancers. Many of the dancers wore bottoms and held fans and other accessories during their stage sets and dances. From what I've heard, this is something that the club has had to do to comply with Doraville's laws. Obviously its a bit of a buzzkill but if you're not a veteran of the more infamous, high mileage spots in town you're still able to have your fun
Staff: There were 3-4 "tough guy" floormen that police the floor and seemed to have been giving some of the newer dancers a hard time. Shot girls that gave topless, high contact dances and massage girls also work the floor alongside the dancers, though I'd say that the girls were a 5-7's (to each his own). As mentioned before, the bar staff is relatively friendly with some former dancers working behind the bars.
