I went to the Bouzouki Club...

I went to the Bouzouki Club about 5:00pm March 27th after the Wings shut out Colorado (GO WINGS). The Wings game, a Kid Rock concert, and a Mary Kay convention made for an interesting evening in Motown. There was a large, lively, and sometimes rowdy crowd in the club. There were probably 20 girls there ranging from 2 to 8. There was something for every taste but one of the reasons this club only rated a 7 is that there were a few girls so fat, ugly, and celulite riddled I had to avert my eyes as they disrobed. Overall the girls were friendly and were not high pressure when asking for dances. There are VIP areas on each side of the room which are private and comfortable. As usual, the quality of the dances varied with the dancer, but the worst dances are good and the best are excellent even by Detroit standards. We recomend Kim, a 7.5 who is a little older than some girls, but has a great personality and gives great dances.

Betweem the Wings fans and Kid Rock fans there was a potiential for trouble, but the staff quickly and professionally quelled any incidents. Another observation, later in the night, I have never observed so many lesbians in a crowd at a strip bar. It was a little bizzare but entertaining. The few Mary Kay folks that wandered in from their hotel across the street added another weird dimension. I guess they were tired of gambling at the Greektown Casino and wanted a different kind of excitement. All in all, it's the only legit club in downtown Motown and worth a vist if you're there.
