After spending a good part of the day driving around and looking for some action in Akron and still not knowing why Jen's was closed on a Saturday afternoon I circled back around to see if Jen's had opened. That's when I drove past 1245 which has always been open evenings only and I was surprised to see a couple cars in the parking lot so I pulled in.

It was open but dead, 1 customer and 1 fat dancer. I believe the same guy still owns 1245 and Jen's so I asked the bartender if he knew anything about Jen's and he told me that they now open in the evening Sat like they do Sun. I checked TUSCL this morning before writing my reviews and there it was listed on Jen's page, they open @8PM on Saturday. DOH!

I didn't ask him what time 1245 opened as there was nothing here that interested me but they do open earlier than listed here on TUSCL.
