Free lunch but a liitle slow

The Penthouse was the first club I went to on a recent, first visit to Tampa. Mostly I went for the free lunch and to start checking out the Tampa clubs. The first thing I noticed was that the club was smoke free - what a joy after being in any club in my hometown Miami where an hour feels like I've smoked half a pack. So smoke free is great but how about everything else?

There were about 6 or 7 dancers as this was early afternoon. I had a free burger (I think the fries were an extra dollar) which was tasty and settled in to watch the talent. But that's about where the joy ended. This is a topless with pasties club. I prefer my strippers naked. None of the girls was more than about a 6; maybe a 7. I did get a lap dance just to check it out.

There were some comfortable chairs in the back part of the bar - $25 but not much contact. Everyone was nice; the music was decent rock and roll but I was looking for a little more excitement. After about an hour or so, I headed out to find what else Tampa had in store for me. I found lots and will have several more reviews soon. Overall, the Penthouse is worth a visit for lunch and maybe more. If I went back to Tampa, and I will; I'd check it out again.
