Paper Moon Revisited

This was my second visit to PM, this time on a Saturday evening. Again I had a Euro sports car, so they let me park in one of the four coned-off spaces in front of the entrance. I still think it's silly, but whatever. The cover early Sat night is still $5 (higher later on). Beers are $6. There seemed to be a large number of managers, bouncers, hangers-on, and waitresses, and about 15-20 dancers, ranging from 6.5 to 9, wearing various forms of pasties (some more badly done than others). The "gorgeous blonde" syndrome is in full effect here, where you can tip them at the stage and often they will not even thank you or pay attention to you, let alone come by after their dance. One exception was an older blonde gal, who had a nice body but it looked like she had a bad collagen implant in her lips or some plastic surgery gone wrong. Some PL's had more than one gal siting with them, others were just looking around and wondering why some were getting more attention than others.

More interesting were the dark haired gals, who were interspersed with the blondes. The brunettes did better pole tricks on the stage, though collagen lady did have a nice body and was quite good on the stage.

One memorable brunette was a tall, friendly Asiana named Jade (who seemed popular and was nice to me for a few seconds after leaving the stage before running off to be with her designated PL boyfriend for the night). There was also a real cute spinner in a plaid mini-skirt thingie with a bubble-butt and bubble-boobs who reminded me of the lovely Marie I met last week in Baton Rouge, and who actually gave a better lap. However $100 for 3 songs topless and $150 for 10 minutes, with $425 and up for "champagne rooms" (girls always try the upsell here) is excessive. I went for the 3-for-$100. The alcoves are fairly open but no lap dance police appeared to be watching, though I would not be surprised to see cameras if I actually tried to find them.
