New Rule?

I went in on a Saturday night, around 9:00 PM. There were only about 10-15 customers. The place was mostly empty. The bouncer came up to me, and said that I couldn't sit at any of the tables or near the stage because I was alone, and tables were reserved for groups. I could only sit against the wall - like 50 feet from the nearest stage. I said it was empty, and he said it was his bosses' new rule. Not worth it - so I got up and left. Lesson learned.
