Eden

I visited this club on a Saturday night, shortly after midnight. It was oddly quiet there - Eden is a small club, but on Saturday nights they usually have some traffic. This time I doubt there were more than 15 customers in the place.

I've been to Eden many times, though I don't go often anymore. Paige, one of my favorites there, was on stage when I arrived. Slow night, so they only had one dancer on the hourglass-shaped stage (on busier nights they will have two who rotate through the stage, one each song). When her stage shift was done, she came right over me and recognized me even though I hadn't seen her in quite a few months. We went to the back room, where you can get dances in a private "cabana" booth for $160/half hour. She gave a very sensual dance, though a bit repetitive. At about 20 minutes in, the guy in charge of monitoring that area stepped in and warned me to keep touching to a minimum. I was perplexed by that, since I hadn't touched anything but her outer hips and hands. I guess that the club would prefer if I kept my hands entirely to myself.

That's Eden in a nutshell - there are some attractive girls there (dancers mostly range 5 to 8 with a decent number of 7s and 8s), dances are not terribly expensive, and you can get a half hour for pretty cheap there. Dances are good if you find the right dancer, but don't expect any mileage. The whole place has kind of a weird vibe, with about four bulky men there at any given time glad-handing customers and stopping lap dances that cross a line that wouldn't be considered a line at any other club. It feels like being on a date with an attractive girl but constantly having her pimp leering at you. I think all lap dance areas are under video monitoring.
