I was in San Francisco last week on business and my company put me up at the Hilton, which was just down the street from the Mitchell Brothers. A co-worker kept wanting to go there so we dropped by three times in four days. The girls were all gorgeous and hot but everything else was hit-and-miss. Sometimes, there were plenty of ladies around and sometimes, you couldn't find one. Sometimes, there were great shows on stage and sometimes, the stage was empty for a long time. The two consistent things were that the ladies who approached me all wanted me to buy a VIP then and there, no chit-chat, no getting to know each other, and the prices were just plain too high. I got the feeling there that unless the ladies know you, they figure you're from out of town and won't be back so they'd better get as much out of your wallet now as they can. Indeed, the offers got better as they started to recognize us but I could see one lady mentally raise her prices when he told her we were just in town for a few days and might not be back for a long time.

There used to be a sense of history about this place but now it's just a place where the hottest women work and expect to be paid accordingly and to turn over customers as rapidly as possible. I just looked and only got a few low mileage dancers. My friend started tipping big and came away feeling that it was way overpriced for what it was. Some of the offers were very intriguing but the price tags were just too high. I don't think I'll be back but if I do, it'll be look don't touch because touch is overpriced.
