Too Picky or Downhill

First I have to admit that I have slowed way down on going to clubs. I have only visited Follies 2 times since January. The club has been continuing to change, and not for the better. At today's visit I was one of the first in the door and sat near the DJ booth against the wall. Shadowcat was there and had the corner across the room. I let him know that I wanted to "divide and conquer" to be sure there wasn't a whole lot more action on one side of the club than the other. There was only 2-3 girls on the floor until abut 1pm.

Today's mix was a handful of white girls then 60/40 split of Latina and black girls. The crowd today was a similar blend except reverse split on black/Latina. I know this is going to sound bad and I don't mean for it to, but the quality of girls has really dropped for my tastes. There was once again much funny smelling smoke in the air. The night version of the club seems to becoming the weekend daytime version too. I only got dances from two girls. They were commenting on the change in the vibe of the club and one was talking about leaving to try a different club that had "older, rich, white guys" . I smiled and answered two out of three ain't bad.

By the time I left, the club was pretty packed but the dancer quality for my taste never improved. Hopefully things are better during weekday day shifts. I might try again one day.
