Slow day at Babes

After several good trips in a row to Babes, I decided to give a recent Thursday afternoon a try. Granted, I am normally a Tuesday visitor to take advantage of the beer and dance specials. But knowing they have a pretty good price on pitchers everyday, I was there on a Thursday. I arrived at about 4:30 and there was maybe one other customer and no dancer on stage. Giving the bartender credit, when I ordered the beer she warned that there was only one dancer in the house. I told her to bring the pitcher anyway thinking surely dancers would start to filter in. Unfortunately, during the hour I was there no dancers showed up. I'll continue to go back to Babes once in a while, but probably stick to Tuesday's.
