weekend at the Rhino

Someone a few posts back wrote they had problems getting a limo pickup for a solo trip. I went solo on a Thursday night and didn't have any problems. Called at around midnight and the car arrived for me about 15 minutes later. And I've noticed that since they finished the remodeling the wait for a car pickup has drastically been reduced.

Anyway, my Thursday night trip wasn't too eventful. The old area of the club was open as well as part of the new space. The back room with the other stage and bar (you go through glass doors to get in there) was closed with a sign informing people that space could be booked for your next company event.

Came back the next night with 4 other people (again, no problem with getting a car pickup and we only had to wait about 20 minutes, which isn't too bad for 1 am on a Fri night/Sat morning). We got a table in the back room (old area) and didn't have to tip. The number of dancers seems to have gone down a bit (a few of the dancers I talked to said some of her friends had left the Rhino for Sapphire). Ended up doing a half hour with a Russian dancer. I tipped the bouncer $40 and didn't have to order drinks and we were also back there close to an hour before someone came back to tell us our time was up. There are still a lot of hot dancers but definitely not as many as I've noticed in previous trips. And still not the place to come for high-mileage dances. If you really want that you're probably better off coming at 6 or 7 in the morning. We were leaving at that time and the morning shift girls were all super aggressive and very touchy out on the main floor.
