Girls were better than I expected

So I was stuck in Bakersfield for work for about a week and I saw ads for dejavu plastered along the freeway, figured why the hell not. Rolled up on a tuesday evening. Bakersfield is definitely a blue collar town so I felt a little out of place. Crowd was not like "crap they're probably jump me outside and take all my singles" but more the guy who changes my oil, but I didn't go there for the crowd (maybe about 15 to 20 patrons). Anyway, the girls were actually pretty cute and some were hot. I hate to stereotype but they did have a little rudeness and trashy vibe to them (maybe it's a Bakersfield thing). I got two lap dances from two different blondes, we go back to a private booth and here's where it was weird for me. The lap dances are $20 fully nude and you put the 20 into a machine in the booth, the chicks won't touch the money. Both offered to let me touch them for an additional $20.

They were both pretty decent but their "standoffness" turned me off. I think it might be because I was an obvious outsider (showed up in a dress shirt and slacks since I was in a meeting earlier that day), everyone else was in some kind of work uniform more or less and I even saw a guy wearing overalls, so maybe if I frequented more they wouldn't be so rude, who knows, I doubt I'll be back to find out but if I were ever back in Bakersfield I probably would return because what else are you going to do in Bakersfield. Also this place was better than any strip club in san diego so that has that going for them (not because the girls are hotter but because they don't have so stringent rules)
