A slightly more mechanical view

Back to Follies after about a month off. I am sad to report my favorites are all but gone. There are several newCuban and other Hispanic women there who do a good job but the old crazy white girls that I knew and love are mostly just memories. Nothing wrong with the Cubans, but I am getting a more mechanical dances than I prefer. They seem to know what is expected and deliver but it is not at all exciting as I remember. Maybe I have become jaded or maybe I need to hang out less often. Hmmm... With my luck there will be more unfamiliar faces if I take time off. I know I am whining but to all who are new to Follies, I have to say the place is as good as everyone has said it is. Now it is just more mechanical and you don't feel as if you want to know anything about the girls. I used to want to know a little about them or they shared that information.That is what made the place special to me. That and the dances. I'll take the dances and the anonymity now that all my faves are gone. #firstworldproblems. I'll find some new dancers to make the place special to me again over time, but damn.... all my faves at once..... gone. Next review.... I'll report on some new talent that is worth gushing over...
