Good alternative to BR

With the Brass Rail stuck in neutral for what seems like years now, I've been venturing to Filmore's the occasional time to see what it offers.

And, as an alternative, I'd have to say it's been pretty good. The last Saturday I went there were at least 3-5 girls I'd rate above a 7.5 (20-25 total all of whom were okay or better). Also, the music here is better than the Rail and the atmosphere is more lively. They have two DJ's who seem to work in tandem and make constant jokes about sports, guys on stage, etc. They're fine. So far at least, they've stayed on the fair side of making mostly lighthearted jokes which aren't too offside. I don't like when DJ's at some places say the crudest, insulting things to patrons of strip clubs in an effort to try and be funny. These guys talk a heck of a lot, but they've been okay so far with mostly Leafs jokes and the like.

The dances here are pretty good too. They take place in an upper VIP level that requires a one-time fee of $10. Beers are a buck or so cheaper than the Rail.
