Requiem for the Flight Club?

I feel like I'm writing an obituary for a dear friend. The Flight Club used to be one of my favorites among the metro Detroit strip clubs. In addition to the nicely appointed facilities, it used to feature consistently attractive dancers. No longer!

Over the past four visits that I've made to the Flight Club, the quality of dancers has seriously declined, so much so that I often left after one drink and usually without getting a dance or even talking with a dancer. On my most recent visit, I counted 6 dancers, four of whom were overweight. Based on other recent reviews, this seems to be an enduring trend that applies to both afternoon and evening shifts rather than an anomaly.

On this particular afternoon, I left the Flight Club after surveying the talent and went to a nearby dive bar, Henry VIII North (H8N). H8N is a neighborhood bar, nothing fancy and it does have two major drawbacks, some patrons smoke and the VIPs are somewhat cramped. However, the talent at H8N was notably better than the talent at Flight Club, featuring a number of "in shape" dancers. I never thought I'd say this, but based on recent trends and quality of the entertainers, I would recommend H8N over the Flight Club.
