Not the best experience but could be worse

I have been to Circus twice. Once before they closed and once after they reopened. It does seem like they have cleaned up in some ways. There are some girls that are decently attractive and then some that are older and not easy on the eyes at all. The bartender in this trip was way nicer that the guy from last trip. Maybe ownership changed. The prices are standard for the block. I think it was $7 beer and then $25 for dancer drinks. I didn't do a dance or private room but I believe they give you some extras in even the dance area. However this area is not covered at all and is right below the tvs. That is far too awkward for me and there wasn't any girl I saw in the place attractive enough that I wanted to take private or to the dance area.

The place it self both times I have gone have been quite dead. I find that odd since they were both on weekends. One thing I will say that surprised me is that red room and club pussycat were my favorite block bars. I still like club pussycat the best, but it seems like red room is going downhill. My last 3 or 4 trips to red room have been quite bad. I don't go too often. Maybe every month or even less than that. Because Red Room was disappointing I decided to venture to some of the other clubs and overall I actually thought Circus was a bit more enjoyable than red room. Red Room has more attractive girls but it is always crowded when I go. With Circus at least the girls give you more attention.

Overall I wouldn't say you miss much if you never set foot in Circus, but if you are on the Block, it would kill you to step in and check it out or at least just get one drink.
