not bad for an afternoon visit

Stopped by Thursday afternoon before driving across town. The club is in Houston and pasties are required. I saw a few good dancers on stage. I had one (semi) private dance that had plenty of booty work but was not topless and was next to the cashier’s desk. I give the club one thumb up for having afternoon stage dancers, but a thumb down for the private dance. It could be that the dances farther from the desk are better.

Cover is $6 from 11AM to 7PM. I am not sure after that. They advertised $1 well drinks until 7PM, but my diet coke was $6!

The name has changed from Hi 10 Cabaret to Divas Bikini Bar N Grill. I have been reluctant to try the club because of the part of town and its ruff reputation. I saw an ad for waitresses / dancers for the club that said: "make over $500 in dayshift? You don't have to get naked and you wear full bottoms/booty shorts and cover your breast at all times....easy money". I guessed the club had changed some and decided to give it a try… in the afternoon. The club's dancers and patrons were mostly Hispanic or black. I am not, and felt comfortable. I was set straight by the dancer who sat with me for a while. She said this is a Strip Club, not a Sports Bar. It was good to have that straight.

I will probably try the club again when I have time to burn in the afternoon. I give the club low marks because the dancers were over dressed. Bottoms could have been worn to a swimming pool and only some of the dancers were topless (even with pasties).
