"You treat a lady like a dame and a dame like a lady."
The quote in the title of this review belongs to Frank Sinatra. It was his answer when he was asked how he became so successful with women. I have adopted this advice over the last 20 years and it has served me well. It applies to how I get the most out of the Pic'. In some ways, I can't believe I'm giving the first review of this club of 2017 because it is the most established A-A SC in the city. I visited 2 weeks ago on a Friday and again last night which was a Saturday because I didn't want to give a review based on an exceptionally good or bad night from the club. Both times, I arrived early and stayed late. Both times, there were more dancers than dudes. I pretty much had the run of the club! The girls ranged from solid 8s to girls who had more business playing middle linebacker for the Eagles than they do being strippers. However, I must say that what some of the less physically attractive girls lacked in looks, they more than made up for in pleasantness. This is where that Sinatra quote comes in. I treated the and tipped the heavy/homely girls nicely and they treated me like a prince. They went to the kitchen and got my food, they summoned the popular dancers to me and one of them even bought me a Yuengling! They weren't aggressive when I said no to an offer of a dance. They left my area when I asked them to politely and with a small tip. Now, there are also some really nice looking chicks too. My two favorites are Jazzy and Harmony. Both give great lapdances and know how to get you rock hard. Both have great smiles and good conversation. I feel like they are being wasted at the Pic', but that's to the benefit of the customers. There were a couple of nice looking 7s with bad attitudes. Maybe they were frustrated with the lack of customers or with the fact that I only wanted to dance with Jazzy and Harmony. As for ambience, the layout is the same as its been for 30 years. Two floors. No private areas. Stools and upholstered benches. They usually have sports on the TVs upstairs and downstairs. You can get some privacy in the corners, but any extras (and there are extras available) are to be had outside the club. Dances are $10 a pop and I must say you definitely get your money's worth. Whether the dancers are good or bad you get full contact and they are actually disappointed if you don't let your hands roam. There is a stage on both floors and there's always a dancer on one of the poles. If you like watching pole dances, you'll be disappointed in that most of the girls give a half-ass effort on the pole. If you go to a club looking for a full-on lapdance and a good dancer to dude ratio, this is a good spot. The staff is hospitable with the only exception being one of the managers, whom I'm told is the owner's son. He is an abject asshole to the girls, but all the other management and staff are friendly and hospitable. All in all, Piccadilly is OK and not great. I think they are OK with being that way and that's why it never changes, but you always know what you're going to get there.
