Return visit

Since I was back in Dallas on business - on a Monday night - I slipped by The Lodge for food and fun. I got my shoes shined first then sat down in the library area near the small stage for the special of the day. Their steak and lobster dinner for $10 is really great value. I watched the dancers rotate through while I was eating and had a quick conversation with a delightful lady from Australia - Jenny, I think. She returned after I was finished eating and we did a few dances out in the larger area on the upper level. A truly delightful girl, great dance and good conversation. The club was moderately busy though the girls seemed to be sitting around in groups out in the main area. Admission was $10 (sign said minimum purchase of two drinks) and the dances were $20 per song. For a laid back atmosphere with beautiful women and great food, this place is hard to beat.
