Intro: Living on the east coast, I rarely get to California, so when I travel and have free time, I try to make the most of it. This was my first-ever trip to clubs in the COI area, and over three days I visited Bare N Legal, Tropical Lei, Synn, Paradise Showgirls, Spearmint Rhino, DejaVu Showgirls, and Bare Elegance (in Hawthorne). After leaving Deja Vu Showgirls nearby, I spent an hour at Spearmint Rhino. Parking was free, and though the free pass from another SR elsewhere I found buried in my wallet said it expired in 2015, the doorman didn't notice or didn't care. I still had to pay a $6.00 "drink fee" for which I got a ticket good for one drink.

I was there from 10:00-11:00 on the Monday after Easter. The place was pretty posh, and there were six girls working – four white, one African American, and one Asian-American. I got a hard sell for a VIP by one girl and was ignored by the rest.
