Intro: Living on the east coast, I rarely get to California, so when I travel and have free time, I try to make the most of it. This was my first-ever trip to clubs in the COI area, and over three days I visited Bare N Legal, Tropical Lei, Synn, Paradise Showgirls, Spearmint Rhino, DejaVu Showgirls, and Bare Elegance (in Hawthorne). Visited Paradise on Easter Sunday evening from 8:30-11:00. Free parking, $20 cover, which included a ticket for one free drink (including bottled water). When I got there, there were only five girls working, though more arrived about 10:00 or so. (Checking the website afterwards, the posted roll call listed Skye, Cake, Bunny, Honey, Vicky, Karina, Chica, Brenda, and May.) Something for everyone, from small to large, real to fake – and a couple *really* fake (OMG). When I first got there, there were only about five customers, but probably more like 20 when I left.

The girls were all really friendly, coming over to sit and chat, and many offered a very nice handshake, which I love. Cake (not a misprint – real name is Catie) was very attentive that way, literally as soon as I walked in – and I was still standing up. A few minutes later she came to sit with me and was even more attentive – and had my full attention. We talked about dance prices, and when I told her it was my first time visiting, she asked if I wanted to see the VIP room. The room she showed me had a couch/bed and was very private. We had a nice little free, hands-on, two-minute get-to-know-you conversation standing in the VIP room with promises of more. She was smart, funny, sexy, and utterly convincing, but since I had just gotten there, I wanted to wait.
