Intro: Living on the east coast, I rarely get to California, so when I travel and have free time, I try to make the most of it. This was my first-ever trip to clubs in the COI area, and over three days I visited Bare N Legal, Tropical Lei, Synn, Paradise Showgirls, Spearmint Rhino, DejaVu Showgirls, and Bare Elegance (in Hawthorne). After leaving Bare N Legal, I arrive at TL about 9:45 on a Saturday night. Parking was free. I was patted down at the door; cover was $15 with a one-drink-per-hour minimum. No alcohol is served. Juice and sodas were $6.00, and bottled water was $8.00.

There were probably 15 girls of various flavors working – something for everyone. I was only there until 10:45, and there may have been more later (they are open until 4:00 a.m.). Girls were good about coming over to chat, and though the "Wanna buy the lady a drink?" waitress hustle was relentless, they were easily waved off. Dance prices, as I recall, were $20 topless, $40 nude (in the main room), or $140 for three songs in the VIP. There is good privacy in the VIP, with a bed-like bench, full curtain, and no interruption. If you need more time, it's an additional $40 per song. I did the VIP with P—, who had been recommended to me by a dancer at Bare N Legal. For an extra fee, she was up for anything, and I was satisfied with her efforts. I would definitely return.
