Silks

I had heard some good words about Silks, so I made an effort to check the place out. First of all, it is a small club, but nicely appointed. The bar is on the right as you walk in, and the stage is on the left. There were neon signs for VIP rooms in the back. Now, when I pulled into the parking lot there were 10-12 cars there, but inside I found 2 dancers (one a bleached blonde and an AA dancer), a barmaid, a bouncer and two other customers. Where was everybody? At one point the chunky blonde dancer took an old guy into the VIP room, the AA girl was nowhere to be seen, the other customer left, and I found myself alone in the club (except the barmaid). I had a choice of watching some sports on the tvs by the bar, or music videos near the stage. Quite frankly, that is not what I want in a strip club! After another 10 minutes of empty space, I left. Sorry folks, but I cannot recommend--even if there is a chance of entering a dead zone like that again, I will not be making a return to Silks.
