Eh, not as great as last time

From time to time I do wander down the eastern seaboard and if the mood strikes, I'll stop by the EB.

This visit, however, was fairly disappointing.

I was headed south on a Tuesday afternoon and decided on a pit stop. As mentioned before sometimes the cover gets waived (I'm guessing if it's dead) so I didn't get charged.

I'm looking at these prior reviews with people throwing around 7/10 and 9/10's. I'm so confused. I guess it's all relative??
