VIP Dance was S P E C T A C U L A R!

After seeing a concert at the Sprint Center, I decided the night was young and tried out Bazooka’s Showgirls for the first time. I made the walk from my parking garage not realizing that Bazooka’s has off-street parking open—a nice perk for a downtown location. Unfortunately, I was expecting the club to be BYOB per TUSCL, which it is not. The girl at the front window was nice enough to hold my drinks behind the counter and let me grab them to drink outside as I wished. Their general set-up is to have patrons get drinks at a bar next door and allow re-entry to the club. Weekday nighttime cover was $15.

Upon entering the main stage room I saw a two pole stage with each dancer doing two song sets. The club is topless, although the dancers regularly start the first song clothed in an outfit. The design is obviously one of a converted dinner theater. Flat-screen TV’s show additional video of Bazooka’s dancers, although it didn’t appear to be much more risqué than the topless dancing on stage (despite a media frenzy I saw online that the screens were an attempt to skirt the Missouri non-nude law). Behind tipper’s row there are tables and metal chairs, which struck me as a little cheap. The bathroom reminded me of one you might see at an old high school. The club wasn’t very busy, but I will give it a pass for a weeknight.

The dancers I saw were consistently attractive—averaging 8’s in my book, and they were definitely friendly. Kayla was cute, and when came off stage she struck up a conversation with me. I also noted a busty new blonde with glasses (sorry, didn’t catch the name) that I will try to see more of next time I’m there.

In terms of value, I found the club a bit pricy. You can throw out five ones on stage and a dancer may or may not even come over to you. If she does, she may ask if you’d like to do an additional tip after a brief stage dance. If a girl comes to talk with you, the server may ask you (in other words, strongly suggest) if you would like to buy her a $5 drink. One song lap dances with one-way contact are $20. The VIP room with a half-hour of two-way touch is $200.

When I saw Stephanie, I immediately knew she would be my dancer for the night. The was rocking a prima donna goth look with platinum blonde hair, black lipstick, and a black choker with an ‘S.’ Her body is that of a pert, young, college student, and she was pulling off a naughty schoolgirl look with a white halter top with a short black skirt. Ariana Marie’s figure might be the closest analog I can imagine in the adult industry. She came over to me on stage and complimented my The Pretty Reckless T-shirt. I said she looked just like Taylor Momsen. Ice broken…check. After her set she came to my table and we talked music and agreed to a VIP room dance. The rooms were all taken, so we arranged to take the next one available. It was worth the wait. The VIP rooms had very comfortable seating and were very private (other posts have mentioned cameras up above but I wasn’t looking for one and wasn’t planning on breaking any club rules anyway).
