I hadn't been here in years....

I hadn't been here in years. A recent weeknight visit won't encourage me to go back soon. The renovations, such as they are, appear to be the covering of the walls with something not terribly different from aluminum foil. With the colored and flourescent lights, the effect is similar to the scenery in one of those truly bad 1950's sci-fi films. It may also give you a splitting headache.

But one goes to clubs for the girls, not the walls. At 9:00 on a Tuesday there appeared to be 4 girls and about 10 customers. One girl at a time was on the stage, providing up close, but not terribly personal dollar dances. Another disappeared into the back for a lengthy VIP with a customer, while the other two got dressed and hung out at the bar with friends. I didn't partake of any VIP dances, but a glace into the room behind the bar indicated that they take place in a kind of booth or closet that doesn't look very comfortable at all. Two -- maybe three -- of the four girls struck me as attractive, but two of them were somewhat more plus-sized than I prefer, one of them unattractively so.
