Will this club ever come back?

I went to this club when it was Risky Business, was a pretty good club. When it reopened as Ricks it was pretty fun but that didn't last. When they first opened as Deja Vu it was damned good, they had some choice girls like Stacy, Ali and Mona and the half hour private dances were addicting! Super enthusiastic and plenty of two way contact. Then it's like the bottom fell out after the first year, been back several times and its been a desert each time -- the girls aren't anywhere near the same quality and its like they resent you coming into the club. Its a shame, I thought they had more polish and curb appeal than the other two in the area, not anymore...
