Haven't been to any of the Atlanta area clubs except one brief visit to Follies since the end of last year.... until this visit to Mardi Gras. I was in the area for a reception function and decided to stop in to see what was happening. The fact that I-285 traffic was still stop and go helped with the decision.

Got there early evening and apparently I stumbled upon some sort of customer appreciation evening. There was no cover though they were collecting "promo" cards at the door. I think they just used an extra one for me and waved me in. The club was more decorated than usual, and though early evening, there were already more girls on the floor than my last visit back in the fall.

Apparently there were a number of employee contests going on including best "Mardi Gras" costume, most number of invited customers that brought in a card from a staff person, and several others. I was pleased at the overall quality of the girls with a number of cute spinner types (my favorite) Dances were the same or slightly more tame than my last visit. I think they are trying to encourage use of the upstairs dance area. On my last trip, dances didn't get that much better upstairs so I stayed downstairs and enjoyed myself knowing there was limited contact. I visited with a couple of dancers about upstairs and VIP. Both reported that it would be fun but when pressed, both indicated that not too much was available even in VIP. Apparently, the rooms are still checked on quite frequently. If any of the rest of you have cracked the code, pm me to tell me your strategy, technique.
