Paid the $10 cover. Place was nearly empty with about 3 or 4 other guys at 2 - 3 other tables. Was joined by Jasmine who explained that the local rules allow touching and the bar encourages it. That was confirmed by observing the dancers on the stage. By the end of the first song, they were nude. A bill on the stage attracted them to come over for a quick chat. Touching above the waist was encouraged and if you were slow, your hands were directed to check out the goods. No touching downstairs, but top side was fine.

Three levels of VIP. Highest level was $100 for 10 minutes. Seemed high, but finally caved. Good contact, but was surprised that it was not full nude upstairs.
