Very Nice ladies, but watered down drinks, and no pay off

I'v heard so many stories about this place, so decided to check it out with my buddy. The place was packed at 6pm on a saturday. As soon as we arrive a guy lead us to a table and brought over 2 cute girls. They looked bored. They ordered drinks on our tab, she couldn't speak english but showed me some punch out card she had and said something about needing to get it filled. We all got some watered down drinks and after about 30 minutes I told her I wanted to go to a pvt room. She took me to a private lap dance room (not what I meant), I pulled out my general and she told me i would get in trouble. Overall, not what i expected from the stories I heard from this place.
