tried the new border, had a good time.

it's been about a year since my last visit to hk. drove down and parked in the lot right off the freeway by the outlets. $8 for weekday parking. was going to try the new "pediwest" crossing, but the parking attendant said you can only cross into mexico from the old border. so i walkes down and crossed via the old east border. taxi drivers after crossing were advertising $5 rides, so i took them up on the offer.

didn't pay an entrance fee on mon or tues nights. like everyone says, plenty of eye candy in a wide range of shapes and sizes. all the typical fanfare... soap shows, also a girl/girl dildo show on the main stage on tues night around midnight. don't know if it's a normal scheduled event. when you see a girl you like, act quick because the popular gils get snatched up fast.

as far as getting home, i told the taxi driver to drop me off at the new border "pediwest". it was a looooong walk to the border. at 2am, there was no line, and i felt safe walking. it lets you out right next to the outlets. i think i may stick with the old border and park behind jack in the box until they start allowing two-way traffic at pediwest. also they built a new street between the old border and hk for cars/taxis. the ride there from the border is even faster than before.
