Better Than I Expected.

I haven’t been to a strip/booty club in almost four months thanks to a couple of cheap civilian freaks from Facebook, Tagged, and Badoo that I’ve been messing with. I finally had the itch to go back to the clubs. Deja Vu 2 Sports Bar & Lounge (much more commonly called The Voo II) is one of a handful of after hour spots in the city. It is located in the heart of what we call the S.W.A.T.S. on Campbellton Road. I have been here once before but I never wrote a review about it. It is basically a hood, extremely ratchet club with bikini dancers and mostly trap and party-type music. The club usually opens at 10:00 for the booty club atmosphere but really doesn’t get going until around 2:00 when most of the dancers and customers begin appearing. It closes at 10:00 in the morning.

I arrived here Saturday night (technically Sunday morning) at 2:45. Parking up front in the main lot is $20 and across the street next to the package store is $10. It is possible to park further down the street for no charge but then you run the risk of someone breaking into your whip. I chose to park across the street and pay $10. Cover charge is $10 before 2:00 and $20 after 2:00. I had to pay $20. The line wasn’t too long and it moved fairly quickly. You’ll get a heavily violated pat down by security to make sure you’re not bringing in any weapons.

The first room you enter is where you will pay the cover. It is also where both dancers and customers that are under the age of 21 will receive a wristband stating as such. There is an ATM in this area as well. After this room is where you will enter the main club area. The club is fairly large and spacious. The best way to describe it is as a long rectangle. Upon entry, you can clearly see a portion of the ladies’ dressing room area which is a good way to catch a glimpse of them naked in an otherwise bikini club. Next to that are the first set of restrooms. To the left are numerous cocktail tables and chairs. There are also chairs along the very dark perimeter. Another ATM is located in this section. To the right upon entry will be the bar area and more seating along the perimeter. After that section is the stage. There are no poles so the ladies just mainly twerk. Past this section are more cocktail tables and chairs and a few dirty ass pool tables. Past this section is a little hallway where the second set of restrooms are located. This is also where the DJ booth is located. Adjacent to that hallway is a slightly higher platform in the back corner of the club where there are more tables and seating. This is what the dancers consider to be the “private area” even though it is not truly private, it is just very dark in that area of the club. Customers can still sit there and go as they please. This is also the area where most of the extras tend to take place due to the extreme seclusion and darkness.
