I had been to this club...

I had been to this club on a visit to Tampa about a year ago and was not at all impressed. It was an evening visit, about 9 pm, there were only about 2-3 unimpressive dancers, and none seemed interested in this stranger. I decided to try the club once this year and developed a very different, very positive impression. I stopped in on a late Wednesday afternoon and actually returned the next afternoon.

The physical layout has been well described by others - clean, moderate lighting, single large stage, small bar, not claustrophobicly crowded, generally neat and well-kept. Cover was $10 and a mandatory non-alcoholic drink was $5. The door girl asked if I had been there before. When I said no (untruthfully), she told me the place was full nude, full contact and had a mandatory one drink minimum. I have been to a lot of strip clubs, but I've never had staff describe their club as "full contact." I hardly knew what to make of that until a bit later.

There were about five girls working, most in their mid-20's or older. Three were not very attractive, mostly overweight, though not grossly so. One other was IMO a 7 and the other an 8. After a bit the 7 approached me at the bar and we began a very pleasant half hour conversation. The dj then announced a dance special of 3 for $50, and I was happy to take the lady up on that offer. To my annoyance the club wanted $10 additional before we could do the dances. We went to one of the private booths along the side of the main room, she closed the semi-transparent curtain and began the full-nude dance. I quickly understood the door girl's "full contact" alert. Halfway through the dances I asked my dancer how much more "contact" she would allow. After a little discussion we proceeded to what I will describe as "full interactive contact". We had a marvelous time, with the only downside being her nervousness that someone would see us through the curtain. That didn't happen, I gave her $200 on top of the earlier $50, and left a well-satisfied guy.
