lunch shift

If you're in the area, No. 5 is not a bad place to have lunch. Starting at 12 noon, they do a 'power lunch' where basically their day shift dancers, usually about 4 girls, will dance on stage with very little waiting time in between sets. Instead of the standard 15-20 minute break between dancers, it's only a few minutes of wait time. This is great cause you can arrive at 11:45, have your food ready at 12, watch 4 girls dance, and be out of there just after 1pm. I've done this many times in the past and value wise, I find it comparable to going to your local pub for lunch with the added bonus of seeing naked girls. The food is nothing to write home about but it is of decent quality and I have never gotten sick afterwards, and there's no cover charge during the day. If this is what you're looking for, there really is nowhere else in Vancouver to go.
