Annual retry

This more of a comparative essay as I am a regular at the Criket but used to be a heavy regular of the Landing Strip. I arrived at 12"45 on St. Patrick's day and was compelled to park with the valet ( I hate that). $7.00 w/o tip. At the top of the stairs I was told I could sit anywhere and I took a booth of which there are bout 10 around the outside walls. No door or booth fees during the day. Waitress was the best part of the trip even if she was a little flighty. Got my glass of wine and sat back to watch a parade of A/A dancers perform one at a time on a fairly long stage. Very few customers in at that time and most of them were upstairs where you may smoke .Lighting is dark with multiple rotating spots so dancers remain somewhat hidden until they get real close. Girls were unenthusiastic to say the most. One slightly lighter girl spoke to me from the stage, she had a good body and was pretty but I am no fan of pierced nipples. The last gal in rotation was a white girl with generous curves and a lot of Tats. I had ordered lunch so I was waiting to go through the rotation before I made any moves. My lunch was not very good as the steak was tough and sauced with some sweet crap. The potato was burned and vegetable were mush. I know we here are for the girls but when the girls are nothing and the food is nothing then what is the point? Criket looks just as good inside and parking is free. The food at the Criket is definitely better.I remembered what I used to like about The Landing Strip but it was not on display this day. It was much darker than it used to be and not nearly as much fun.
