Evening Visit to Penthouse

Normally I head straight to the better mileage dives in Washington Park, but I was in the mood for something a bit different for a change. I had some extra time on my hands, so I decided to hit up a higher end club first as a little appetizer before heading out for dessert at Dollie's.

Penthouse is usually my go-to for hotter girls, but this time it just wasn't that great, or at least not up to my usual standards based on past visits. Went through a metal detector to get in, which I didn't remember from the last time I was there. Maybe it's always been there and I was just too drunk last time to notice, who knows. Club environment was classy and clean as usual. Headed in and made my way to the stage. Dance prices are too steep here for my liking, so I usually just try to get a bit of action with stage tips unless I see a girl I just can't pass up who's worth a dance. Stayed a while at the stage and it was decent, but the quality of girls just didn't seem as good as before. No knockouts, and I saw too many unflattering tattoos for a high end place. Maybe it was the season, or an off night, or perhaps an overall decline for the club? Not sure, but I may not be back for a while since the hot girls are the only thing that brings me in to this place over my other local choices.

Thought about using my ticket to get free entry at Country Rock, but decided to just head to one of my favorite hole in the wall WP joints instead.
