A step up for Huntsville

Stopped at the Cherry after a slow night at Fantasia and even slower at Vision.

The first thing that struck me is that the inside of the club is decent, particularly compared to all the other clubs in Huntsville, let alone Alabama. Next, the beer selection is better than any strip club I've been too in a while. Craft beer selection was on point. Alabama locals like Good People and Trimtab and Stratight to Ale as well as Sweetwater out of Atlanta and a few others. I got a 420 (small) and it was $6 which is a little pricey but worth it to drink something other than mass produced domestic beer.

There's a tiered stage in the middle - one tall flanked by two smaller ones. I saw a short guy that had to get in a bar stool in order to tip the girl on the higher stage. It was awkward looking; but even at 6'3", it would've been awkward for me to tip the dancer, even without the help of a bar stool. I grabbed a high top table against the mirrored wall so I could observe the club and a great looking AA chick came and ponied up to me. I already had a backpage arrangement lined up in case this was a bust, but it turned out well. Their VIP area (not to be confused with their private dance area) is pretty nice and secluded. There are troughs along the hallway and the ones at the end of the hall, which we were in, offered plenty of privacy. Each trough has a table, a small love seat-like chair, and a regular hardback chair. I took her for :30 mins which is $140 and you pay the guy at the register. I had a great time and I tipped her for her service.
