Needs a good manager

The only reason that I stop in is to say hi to the bartender i have know for a long time. There is a manager that has no idea on how to manage, 5 people in the bar the music is so loud I have to yell to talk. She always seems out of it as if she it drinking or on something. The bar is a narrow place with lap dance and a VIP room, the place is old looking and the men's you can hardly go in, it was so bad. For a Thursday around 6 pm there were only 2 girls on, both around 4/5's, no one friendly, except the bartender. But on a couple of other visits the girls were a little better. Parking can be hard to find on the street. Over all not a very good place to hang, except for the bartender.
