Pretty empty and expensive for a Friday Evening

Came here on a Friday. Parked at the abandoned parking lot right next to the club and behind the Target to avoid having to use the valet. I don't mind tipping the guy, but I like to keep my keys so self-parking seemed like the better option. Paid my cheap cover to get in and then off to the bar for my $2 drink special. Other than several guys sitting around the front bar by the entrance. the club was pretty empty. Still, I had to wait a few minutes to get a drink. As I waited, I got approached by a few dancers. Wanting to see who was there, I politely told them I would visit them when it was their turn on stage, and went to a table to acclimate.

Two stages were going. And there seemed to be maybe 12 dancers walking around. Club seemed really dead. Of the 12 or so dancers, all were mildly attractive, but maybe only 2 that I was interested in taking up for dances. Took both upstairs. Private dance area is in little cubicles on the second floor where alcohol is not allowed and you have to buy another $5 wristband to get in. There's a bouncer upstairs that checks on the dances, who is nice enough, but has the uncomfortable duty of making sure that nothing too fun is going on. Dances were fine with both dancers. I was just surprised that dances were $50 a pop. Songs seemed to last only 3 or so minutes, so it really adds up. Decent contact - but I don't know if it was worth the high cost. Both times I went upstairs, I am pretty sure I was the only one up there getting dances. One would think that the lack of business might drive prices down a bit, but at least here, it seems to have the opposite effect.

Between the dead vibe in the club, the high price of the dances, and the lack of interest in the overall talent, I don't know if I am going to return anytime soon.
