Very nice, but expensive and high pressure

In Houston for only one day so decided to go out to Treasures when I had a break.

Club is very nice, but not what I'm used to. It may be partially because it was late afternoon so there were not many customers, but I was immediately impressed and intimidated by the number of women. Right when I walked in, there was a stage to my right, but no one on it. In chairs all around were many very beautiful dancers, all watching me like a hawk. I headed for the bar so that I could get my bearings, but even on the way I was stopped by a dancer asking if I was ready for a good time. I politely said no, but this was to be the trend for my visit.

I got a beer at the bar and then sat by the stage assuming a dancer would appear at some point. The stage dancing was pathetic, but I suppose I can't blame them since no one but me was watching. They basically came out and stood by the pole or in the back of the stage talking to the DJ. I tipped a dollar for the occasional one that at least pretended to dance, but they were few.

In the meantime, I was treated to a continuous "Do you want a dance yet" parade. Some not too pushy, but some obnoxiously so. They enjoyed sitting in my lap uninvited and then proceeding to insist that I owed $ them for their time.

Well I am not broke, but I also don't have thousands of dollars to spend and this place will take your $ faster than the IRS. Everything is an upsell. At first they just want to talk. Then it would be better in the back for $20 per song, then it would be better upstairs for $110 bottle....
